Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 11. When your customers pay by card through nujo, a 3.5% + 30¢ processing fee is taken from each payment before it reaches you. Extra SMS beyond your plan's monthly allowance are $0.03 each. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST.

Good to know before you start.
Do I need a new phone number?
nujo gives your business a local number. Calls to it ring your own phone as usual. If you miss one, the caller gets a text within seconds and the AI takes it from there. Put the number on your website, ads and Google listing.
What does my customer see?
A friendly text from your business, usually within seconds of a missed call or enquiry. The AI answers their questions, offers open times from your calendar and confirms the booking.
Can I reply myself?
Yes. Every conversation has a switch between "AI replies" and "I'll reply". Flip it and the AI stays quiet while you take over. Hand it back whenever you like.
Will the AI say something wrong?
It answers from the business details, services and hours you set up, and it does not make promises you haven't approved. You can read every conversation and step in at any time.
What if I use more texts than my plan includes?
You choose. Texting can pause when you reach your monthly allowance, or keep going at $0.03 per extra text. The app shows your usage all month.
I already pay a website for leads. Does nujo help with those?
Yes, with the Lead sites add-on. Forward the lead emails you receive to your private nujo address and the AI texts that customer within seconds, then books the job. Reports show which site brings you work.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is optional and gives you 12 months for the price of 11.
